  3.  Netherlands

    Netherlands is considered to be one of the best study abroad countries for Indian students. The provision of obtaining knowledge beyond academics by providing practical experience with relatively inexpensive tuition fees grants an edge over other countries. Depending on the university and the degree, students can expect to pay anywhere from EUR 1900 to EUR 15,000 every year.  In terms of living costs (which include housing and other essential living expenditures), students can expect to pay between EUR 800 and 1200 per month on average, depending on the student and the region.

  6. Austria

Austrian universities offer a high academic standard as well as student-centred classrooms and teaching methods, all at a very affordable tuition fee. At public universities, non-EU/EEA students will have to pay on average 726.72 plus 20 EUR per semester for tuition fees. Students from developing nations are exempted from paying tuition fees at several public universities.
